IGE

Recent advances in brain imaging and high throughput genotyping and sequencing techniques enable new approaches to study the influence of genetic variation on brain structure and function. IGE is a collection of software tools for mining high level Imaging Genetic associations via Enrichment analysis (IGE). These tools are designed to evaluate collective effects of imaging and/or genetic markers via enrichment analysis with pathways, networks and other biologically meaningful entities. The goal is to identify high level imaging genetic associations, with enhanced detection power and improved biological interpretation.

Tools

RIGEA: RIGEA is an R software tool for performing regional imaging genetic enrichment analysis.

NWAS-RP: NWAS-RP is an R software tool for network-based GWAS re-prioritization and module identification.

IGEA: IGEA is an R software tool for performing two dimensional imaging genetic enrichment analysis.
